Softlite S.R.L. sells digital licenses and software products for Windows and macOS systems, delivered electronically by email. The company operates exclusively online and does not provide in-person or physical sales.
2. Products and Services
All products offered on softlite.se are digital goods (software license keys, installation files, and activation instructions).
The products are delivered electronically via email within a short period after purchase.
No physical shipment or media (CD/DVD/USB) is provided.
Product images are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual software interface or box art.
Each product description specifies key system requirements, platform compatibility, and license type.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are final prices and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payment methods include debit/credit card, PayPal, or other secure online payment systems as offered at checkout.
After successful payment, customers receive a confirmation email with the order summary, license key(s), and installation instructions.
4. Delivery of Products
Delivery is made exclusively via email to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for checking their spam or junk folder if the delivery email does not appear in their inbox.
5. License and Usage Rights
By purchasing software from Softlite S.R.L., the customer obtains the right to use the software according to the license terms of the manufacturer (e.g., Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, Corel, etc.).
The customer does not acquire ownership of the software but only a license to use it.
The software must not be resold, shared, or distributed to third parties.
6. Invoicing
A VAT invoice is issued for each order and sent electronically to the customer’s email address within a few business days of the purchase.
7. Right of Withdrawal
According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has already been delivered and activated with the consumer’s consent.
By completing a purchase and receiving the license key, the customer agrees that the digital delivery begins immediately, and thus waives the right to withdrawal once the key or download link is provided.
8. Refunds and Replacements
Softlite S.R.L. offers replacements or refunds only in the following cases:
The license key cannot be activated and the issue cannot be resolved through support.
A duplicate payment occurred by error.
Refunds are not available once the software has been successfully activated.
