This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on softlite.se, operated by Softlite S.R.L.
Because our products are digital software licenses delivered electronically, they are not eligible for traditional returns once the delivery and activation process has begun.
By completing a purchase, you expressly agree that the digital delivery begins immediately after payment, and that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal once the product (license key or download link) is delivered.
2. Digital Product Nature
All products sold on softlite.se are digital goods (license keys, activation codes, installation files, or download links).

3. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are granted only under exceptional circumstances, such as:

If your license key is found to be defective or non-functional, Softlite S.R.L. will provide a replacement key at no additional cost after verifying the issue.
Replacements are processed within 1–2 business days after validation.
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued via the same payment method used during purchase.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
