After payment, you’ll receive your license key and activation instructions by email.

Delivery is instant or within a few hours after successful payment.
All products are digital, so you’ll receive your license key and download link directly in your inbox.
If you don’t see the email within a few hours, please check your spam or junk folder.

All products are delivered electronically via email.
You’ll receive:

No physical item or shipping is involved.

💰 5. Are the prices shown final?

Yes. All prices on softlite.se are final and include VAT where applicable.
For EU business customers with a valid VAT ID, intra-EU 0% VAT will apply.


🧾 6. Will I receive an invoice?

Yes. Every purchase includes an official VAT invoice, issued by Softlite S.R.L.
Invoices are sent to your email address within a few business days after purchase.


🧠 7. What should I do if my license key doesn’t work?

If your key doesn’t activate or shows an error message, please:

  1. Double-check that you entered the key correctly.

  2. Follow the activation instructions provided.

We will help you resolve the issue or issue a replacement key if necessary.


🔁 8. Can I return or refund my purchase?

Because all products are digital and delivered instantly, they cannot be returned once the license key has been issued or activated.
Refunds are only provided if:

  • The license key cannot be activated and support cannot fix it, or

  • You were charged twice for the same order.

If you haven’t received your order within a few hours:

  • Check your spam/junk folder.

  • Make sure your email address was entered correctly during checkout.
